Returns Policy

  • We can only accept returns within 7 days of receipt of goods. The 7 days will start when you accept the goods from the couriers
  • The goods must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also has to be in the original packaging.
  • Non-returnable items:
    • Vouchers
    • Sale goods
    • Used goods
    • Goods which have been opened and not in original condition, damaged or defective
  • The request must come from the original purchases via their email or phone
  • If a refund has been approved we will attempt to refund your original payment method. If that’s not possible we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
  • Returns will be for your account. You may either arrange your own courier or we will send our upon payment of courier fees.
