No, we do not store or process your credit card details. We use a third party for credit card transactions. Payfast.co.za are a leader in credit card payments in South Africa
It depends when you order it. We send out parcels each business day. If you place an order late on Friday then we send it out first thing on Monday (excluding public holidays). Once the couriers have it it usually takes 2 to 3 days.
If you are not entirely satisfied you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it. Please note that return shipping will be for your account. Note also that for a full refund we will require original packing and the item must be in brand new condition.
Yes, you can. Click on the EFT option during checkout and you can either do an EFT or a cash payment at your nearest Nedbank branch. Please note that for EFT payments the amount needs to clear into our account for our system to detect it before the items can be shipped.
You can make your purchases at a Shoprite / Checkers money market counter but please note that it could take up to 5 working days for them to send through the payment data. Please keep your till slip so that if they payment has not cleared after 5 days we can follow up with them.

Our shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total order size. Starting at R400 you receive a shipping discount which grows as the order amount grows.
